At the initiative and invitation of the mayor of the town of Tsarevo and the Future for Bulgaria Foundation and with the support of the social security fund “LUKoil Garant – Bulgaria” 64 wives and children of the sailors who died on the Kursk Submarine were our guests in Tsarevo. We carried out this project with the help of the general consul of Bulgaria in Saint Petersburg and it received the public and media support of the Bulgarian and the Russian media.
